The Self-Care Club Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Membership Eligibility: Membership to The Self-Care Club is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Membership is non-transferable.
   2. Membership Duration: For monthly Platinum memberships, there is a non-refundable 6 month minimum commitment. For annual Gold memberships, there is a non-refundable 12 month minimum commitment. No exceptions. Failure to commit to the minimum time and early membership cancellations will result in a $199 early cancellation fee.
   3. Membership Benefits: Platinum membership benefits include but are not limited to:
      • Botox/Xeomin/Jeuveau injections at $12 per unit.
      • 20% discount on facial treatments and IV Drip therapy treatments.
      • $250 off one full syringe of filler, once per year. Otherwise $50 off full syringes of fillers throughout the year, every time.
      • 15% off skincare products.
      • 10% off all packages.
      • Priority booking for appointments.
      • Access to special events, workshops, and promotions.
      Gold membership benefits include but are not limited to:
      • Botox/Xeomin/Jeuveau injections at $14.50 per unit.
      • 15% discount on facial treatments and IV Drip therapy treatments.
      • $100 off one full syringe of filler, once per year. Otherwise $25 off full syringes of fillers throughout the year, every time.
      • 10% off skincare products.
      • Priority booking for appointments.
      • Access to special events, workshops, and promotions.
   4. Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Monthly or annual fees, depending on the membership tier, will automatically be deducted from the method of payment on file, as confirmed by the member. Fees are subject to change at the discretion of Youtherapy MedSpa’s management.
   5. Appointment Policy: Members must schedule appointments for services in advance, subject to availability. Members must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance from their scheduled appointment time. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of that appointment as well as a $50 cancellation fee.
   6. Facial Discounts: Facial discounts are applicable only on services specified and are not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless stated otherwise. Facial treatment discounts are not applicable to Medical Facial Treatments, such as RF Microneedling or laser treatments.
   7. Injectable Discounts: For Platinum members, $250 off a full-sized syringe of filler can only be applied once a year. For Gold members, $100 off a full-sized syringe of filler can only be applied once a year. Discounts cannot be applied towards future appointments unless membership status is maintained. Injectable discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless stated otherwise.
   8. Package Discounts: Package discounts are applicable only to active members and are limited to one use per transaction per business day. Package discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless stated otherwise.
   9. Birthday Gifts: Birthday gifts must be redeemed within 14 days of the member’s birthday – no exceptions. Failure to redeem in the allotted time will result in a forfeiture of the benefit.
   10. Interchanging Benefits: Membership tiers and benefits are not interchangeable or transferable.
   11. Expiration of Benefits: Membership benefits must be utilized within the membership period and cannot be carried over to the next membership year.
   12. Cancellation and Refunds: Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. For monthly Platinum memberships, there is a non-refundable 6 month minimum commitment. For annual Gold memberships, there is a non-refundable 12 month minimum commitment. No exceptions. Failure to commit to the minimum time and early membership cancellations will result in an early cancellation fee.
   13. Membership Termination: Youtherapy MedSpa reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund in the event of member misconduct, violation of policies, inconsistent payments or any other behavior deemed unacceptable by the business management. If a membership is terminated by the member, all benefits will be immediately terminated as well.
   14. Changes to Terms: Youtherapy MedSpa reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through other appropriate channels.
   15. Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in The Self-Care Club at Youtherapy MedSpa, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
